my dearest friend irina got married last saturday. it was a bit different (the padlocks,the places to visit and not to mention, they were chugging champagne and vodka every step of the way). as usual, i was the only foreigner there :-D people talked to me so they could practice their english. hahahahah. really, russians are very nice people!

ReplyDeleteyes naa. its a bridge with a lot of trees full of padlocks. lovers and newlyweds fix padlocks (with their names on them) on these trees as a symbol of their undying love. i dont know though what happens once all the trees are full. hehe.
